Требования:
International development company are looking for the cost manager. Higher education. English language upper intermediate (ability to read english documents). Experience on a similar position in customer service, experience in negotiations with top-managers are required. Projects on construction (building) of large objects (warehouse, logistical complexes, with the budget from 300 millions dollars) in a portfolio – the must be.

Должностные обязанности:
Check of estimates, making the remarks under estimates of the design, architectural, engineering and building organizations. An estimation of the budget of capital expenses of projects (cost of materials and works, the account of risks, etc)
